Cobar Show

We had the local show two weekends ago and it was great. The show is more like a county fair. Rides, knock down milk bottles, food, fireworks. You get the idea. There was a pretty good BMX show where they were doing flips in the air with the bikes. There was all the best in show displays with crafts, art, food, animals, etc. Helen did not care too much for the chickens but a good time was had by all. I think it is something that I think the entire town looks forward too all year long.

Me, telling her that everything was going to be ok, she was a little freaked out.

It was the kiddie ride, just around and around real slow

But at the end, she loved it.

We got some ice cream and of course guess who wanted a bite.

The little gal in the back ground is a child of a gal I know in town. We run into each other about once a month and go to the Mother's group. She is about two months younger that Helen.
