Helen and I eat together every day. When I make a snack, I make it so she has something if not what I am eating. Keeps me healthy and keeps her munching. So here are some pics.
Here she is with a cracker. She has eaten some of it.

Look, I can fit the rest in my mouth!

Cracker smile!!! No actually, she still has the cracker in her hand.

Wait a minute, where did the other half of my cracker go?!?!?! (you ate it, remember?)

Now, as you may know, Helen has had a allergy to Cows milk protein. Well to Dr. Rahilly's urging, he explained that if we wait too long to give it to her, she will always have the allergy and never get over it. He said that most reactions are done by 6 mos and we should start to introduce dairy into Helen's diet. We have done so for the past month and a half and all green lights from here. (Recently, she started to have a runny nose and we quit the dairy to see if that was it...nope it was a little cold). Anyways,
So, she loves cheese, butter on things, yogurt and a little milk soaked cereal. Here is her sharing my yogurt.
Me Gusta! Mucho!

Oooo, give me some of that....

Ok! Stick um up and give me the rest of your yogurt!
